Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any of our tours or experiences. By making a reservation, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
  • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit, as specified at the time of reservation.
  • A confirmation email or voucher will be sent once the booking is finalized.

2. Payments

  • Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) per person unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods agreed upon at the time of booking.
  • Park fees and other exclusions (as listed on each tour description) are payable separately, either in advance or on arrival.

3. Cancellations & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour departure will receive a full refund (excluding non-refundable fees like park permits, where applicable).
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused services.

4. Changes & Amendments

  • We reserve the right to change or cancel any tour due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen events.
  • In the event of such changes, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
  • Minor changes to the itinerary that do not affect the overall experience do not qualify for a refund.

5. Weather & Safety

  • All activities are subject to weather and safety conditions.
  • Certain tours (e.g., helicopter flights, white water rafting) may be postponed or cancelled due to adverse weather or water conditions.
  • Your safety is our top priority. Guides reserve the right to make decisions in the best interest of the group.

6. Health & Fitness

  • Some activities require a moderate level of fitness and may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions or mobility limitations.
  • Please disclose any health concerns or special requirements at the time of booking.

7. Liability & Insurance

  • While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, participation in tours and activities is at your own risk.
  • We are not liable for loss, injury, delay, or damage to property or persons during the tour.
  • We strongly recommend all guests have personal travel and medical insurance.

8. Children Policy

  • Some tours may have age or height restrictions. Please confirm prior to booking.
  • Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

9. Transfers

  • Transfers are included for guests staying in Victoria Falls town or within the designated pick-up area.
  • Additional charges may apply for transfers outside this zone.

10. Park Fees

  • Most tours are subject to a mandatory national park entrance fee, which is not included in the listed tour price unless otherwise stated.
  • Park fees are paid directly on the day of the tour or added to your booking.
  • We may take photos or videos during tours for promotional purposes. Please let us know in advance if you do not wish to be included.
  • Personal photography and videography are allowed unless otherwise restricted by the tour activity.
